Graphite is seeing increasingly widespread use, becoming indispensable in sectors like new energy and semiconductors. However, traditional sawing machines for graphite come with significant drawbacks: slow speeds, high blade consumption, and dust that easily damages guide rails. Its standout advantage is blade longevity; thanks to aviation-grade aluminum saw wheels and an automatic hydraulic tensioning system, the blade runs with exceptional stability—free from vibration or wobbling—resulting in a significantly longer service life compared to older models. It also boasts high cutting speeds and stepless feed rate adjustment, allowing large graphite blocks to be cut in a single pass without the need for repetitive tool alignment.
Smart features are also integrated: the machine utilizes PLC control and automatic feeding, automatically halting operation if the blade breaks or if lubrication levels are insufficient. Dust protection is robust, featuring fully sealed armored guards for the lead screws and accordion-style bellows for the guide rails to keep dust out. Additionally, the electrical cabinet is equipped with air conditioning, ensuring reliable performance even during hot summer weather.
Industry insiders predict that these high-speed flat saws will gradually replace traditional hydraulic sawing machines in graphite processing workshops. With lower operating costs, stable performance, and reduced maintenance hassles, business owners find them to be a truly cost-effective investment.
