Product Introduction
This machine is manufactured by Shandong Zibo Hanlong Machinery Co., Ltd., designed for cutting graphite materials with a maximum height of ≤680mm and width of ≤700mm. It features high reliability, high efficiency, high precision, and convenient operation. The entire machine's welded components undergo heat aging annealing treatment, and major parts are precision-machined using imported CNC machining centers, making it suitable for batch precision cutting of graphite products.
Main Features
Mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic coordination enables automatic feed, automatic cutting, and automatic shutdown upon blade breakage
Sawing speed and feed speed are infinitely adjustable within given ranges
Sawing speed is controlled by a vector frequency converter for convenient adjustment
PLC programmable controller (Inovance) ensures reliable performance and low failure rate
Manual blade tensioning with torque wrench for precise tension adjustment and easy operation
Saw frame lifting: ball screw + servo motor, moving along linear guide rails; machining data is set via touchscreen and precisely positioned through PLC + frequency converter control of the screw motor
Cutting tools: bimetal or carbide band saw blades, featuring narrow kerf, low material consumption, high durability, and low power requirements—a highly material-saving and energy-efficient cutting solution
Feed axis: servo motor + precision planetary gearbox; guide rails equipped with automatic lubrication system and liquid level alarm connected to PLC
All welded components undergo heat aging annealing treatment and surface sandblasting/shot blasting for stress relief
Saw frame ball screws and guide rails are equipped with dust mesh covers and automatic lubrication system
Electrical cabinet is dustproof and sealed, equipped with air conditioning cooling system
Saw wheels: 7075 aluminum alloy wheels with polyurethane coating, ensuring high transmission accuracy and extended blade life

Installation, Commissioning, Warranty, and Technical Services
Installation and Commissioning
After the equipment arrives at the buyer's facility, the buyer is responsible for lifting and positioning. Both parties shall jointly unpack and inspect the equipment according to the contract and packing list.
The buyer may conduct pre-acceptance inspection at the seller's factory before shipment.
Commissioning and training takes 1-2 days. The seller shall provide on-site training for the buyer's personnel on proper operation and maintenance procedures. Trainees are expected to have prior operating and maintenance experience.
The warranty period begins from the date of acceptance.
